Junior Recruiter - Medellin

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist Junior to join our growing team!
The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on‑site interviews, and coordinating pre‑hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia.

• Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for our Game Presenters roles.
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
• Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes;
• Take part in active massive sourcing
• Set up and maintain recruitment systems
