Job Description
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- For Recruitment
- Works with the Department Heads in identifying the need for replacement/ additional manpower by studying their manpower plantilla and corresponding job description.
- Recruit and build applicant sources and databases through different mediums such as research, online portals, colleges, recruiters, media and the like.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements to provide a good candidate to the immediate head.
- Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy and government laws regarding employment practices.
- Ensures that all vital pre-employment requirements (refer to MOP: Recruitment of Direct Hires) are complete before onboarding a new hire. Non-vital requirements that were not submitted before onboarding should be completed within the given period of time. ...
