● Manage recruitment projects within the Middle East region, with a primary focus on professional services firms (consulting) and their work in defence, security, and policing sectors.

● Effectively source, assess, and attract top talent for our clients.

● Engage with executive-level candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceed client expectations.

● Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and approaches.
