• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and networking
• Build and manage your own portfolio of client accounts
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels
• Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to placement
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate records and manage ongoing account activity
