Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our Agile delivery team. This is an entry‑level role ideal for candidates who have some understanding of Agile practices and are eager to grow into a leadership position within scaled Agile environments. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career as an RTE while gaining hands‑on experience in scaled Agile delivery.

You will be supported by experienced RTEs and Agile coaches as you learn to:

• Coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and program-level activities.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Track dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams.
• Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure teams deliver on commitments.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
