Junior Reporting Analyst

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT Operations, ITSM, Service Desk, or IT Reporting
• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and ITSM processes
• Proficient in Google Sheets, especially graphs, dashboards, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional IT teams
