Junior Researcher

Work location: Paranaque City

Schedule: Day Shift

Work set-up: Hybrid (6months Onsite Training)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing transaction research, reconciling numerous data sources
• Examines performance of various funds/accounts from additional assets, investor interest and opportunities, and performance outlook
• Monitors all available funds and respective competitors within the industry.
• Keeps track of venture capital, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate deals. Takes note of the relevant information needed to aid in decision making.
• Reviews and analyzes accessed regulatory filings and ensures that the data relevant to the stakeholders and prospective investors are available and up to date
• Updates contact information and/or profiles on the client’s database/system
