Key Responsibilities
Assist with complaints handling (internal & external)
Prepare complaint reports for senior management
Monitor AML transactions daily and support AML audits
Help with risk remediation, privacy breach handling, and approvals
Review risk registers (breach, data privacy, disputes, incidents)
Support compliance training portal management
Gather information for audit requirements
Perform other tasks as needed to meet business goals
