• Assist with complaints handling (internal & external)
• Preparecomplaint reports for senior management
• Monitor AML transactions daily and support AML audits
• Help withrisk remediation, privacy breach handling, and approvals
• Reviewrisk registers (breach, data privacy, disputes, incidents)
• Supportcompliance training portal management
• Gather information foraudit requirements
• Perform other tasks as needed to meet business goals
