Compensation

COP $2,142,000 + commissions + legal benefits. Additional benefits: 6 administrative leave days per year, up to COP 550,000 one-time allowance for home desk/ergonomic chair, non-salary telework allowance of COP 130,000 per month, Clioversary recognition program.

Candidate Profile

• Law student in final semesters (evening classes) or recent graduate in Legal Sciences.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in a call center).
• Interest in commercial areas, negotiation, and business development.
• Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and proactive.
