Junior Sales Executive

• Executing and following up on sales activities.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and meeting in some occasions.
• Monitoring sales activities viaan internal online reporting system. Building and maintaining CRM database.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotations and proposals.
• Participating in sales team meetings/products training courses/seminars and upskilled programs.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Working experience in the related field is an advantage for this position.
• The candidate must be posted with a driving license/vehicle and willing to travel occasionally.
