  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Junior Sales Operations Manager in the Chemical Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with a focus on the chemical industry.
  Responsibilities: 
 Providing timely and effective support to sales and KAM team in regards to operational excellence
 Specific area of responsibility are: Change management agenda, supporting continuous improvement in sales processes Coordination of Customer, Channel & Category reporting (sell-in and sell-out)
 Development of executive and business dashboards
 Implementation of the right tools for order entry and order tracking
 Support for CRM tools and analysis
 Preparation of Sales plans templates
 Masterplan tracking – promo execution, WD, broadsheets, extra display and cross category
