Junior Scrum Master

Overview

At Bison Transport, our product teams operate using the Product Operating Model—a framework underpinned by Agile methodologies to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer and business value. As a Junior Scrum Master , you will support one or more product teams by ensuring they follow Scrum principles and Agile best practices. Your primary responsibility will be facilitating Agile rituals, maintaining team focus on sprint goals, and helping teams utilize Agile tools effectively.

This role emphasizes foundational Scrum Master responsibilities, focused on guiding teams through Agile practices, ensuring process adherence, and fostering continuous improvement. Unlike senior levels, the Scrum Master role does not include people management duties or coaching across teams but instead focuses on the operational aspects of Scrum.
