Job Description

                    NextLink Solutions is seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support a 12-month mission in the vibrant city of Bruxelles, Belgium. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your Agile, Scrum, and Kanban expertise through diverse, high-impact projects, while applying strategic thinking and Agile principles to drive team success and project excellence. As a key enabler of Agile transformation, you will foster collaboration, remove impediments, and champion continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities: 
Facilitate and coach Agile Scrum teams by leading key ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) while ensuring the effective application of Scrum methodology across projects.
