Junior Service Support & Dispatch Coordinator

Ericsson is looking for a Service Support Specialist in Querétaro, Mexico. This junior position is key for coordinating maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to Operators’ customers operate at optimum levels.

The ideal candidate will handle customer orders and manage Dispatch and Logistics services, contributing to corrective and preventive maintenance. Fresh graduates in Telecom or IT are encouraged to apply, alongside those with fluent English and some customer service experience.
