• Execute and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with statutory and organizational standards.
• Carry out regular site inspections, HIRARC assessments, and internal safety audits.
• Lead the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, including preparation of reports and implementation of corrective actions.
• Organize and facilitate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to DOSH, DOE, and environmental scheduled waste regulations, as well as other applicable legal requirements.
• Manage and maintain all HSE-related documentation, records, and reports for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Supervise the proper use of PPE, placement of safety signage, and implementation of emergency response plans.
• Provide support for ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management systems.
