Junior Shift Engineer

Overview

To ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant electrical and mechanical systems by leading shift maintenance activities, responding to breakdowns, driving preventive actions, and supporting production, quality, and continuous improvement objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead electrical and mechanical shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. Ensures continuous operation and line availability during shift.
• Provide immediate, hands-on troubleshooting and recovery.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement effective long-term preventive actions.
• Execute and supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance with minimal production impact.
• Check equipment condition, monitoring data and improve reliability of machine.
