Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium in-store experience
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable designs and products
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
Handle billing, cash/card payments, and basic POS operations
Manage customer follow-ups, order tracking, and delivery coordination
Maintain accurate sales records and inventory updates
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally
