Job Description

                    Inherent Requirements   
Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics and/or accounting as subjects 
Estimating experience: minimum 3  5 years 
Relevant Degree or Diploma (Advantageous) 
Proficient Computer Literacy - Odoo System, Microsoft Office Suite, Coreldraw, AutoCad (Beneficial) 
Key Responsibilities   
Assisting in estimating costs, materials, and labour requirements by reviewing project specifications and documentation under supervision 
Support the preparation of cost breakdowns by gathering and analyzing data related to labour, materials, and time 
Assist with the preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other related documentation 
Monitor project design scope changes and help update budget estimates accordingly
