Junior Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks follow blueprints, specifications, and schedules. Supervise daily site works & progress as per approved drawings.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety rules, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and manage incident protocols.
• Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers; coordinate worker activities. Coordinate with Site Engineer for inspection and technical issues.·
• Quality Control: Ensure work quality meets standards; suggest improvements. Allocate and monitor subcontractor.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site logs, attendance, material usage, and progress reports.
• Logistics: Monitor equipment maintenance, material supply and workmanship.
• Training: Mentor junior staff and educate site workers on procedures.
