Junior social media community co-ordinator

Key purpose:

Were looking to hire a dynamic, ambitious and results-orientated Junior Social Media Community Co-ordinator to be based in our digital command centre in Cape Town.

Duties and responsibilities: Respond to comments and queries on various social media accounts Curate and post content to various social media accounts Remove spam content from comments and block spammers from account Notify the leadership team via set escalation processes when required. Explore new channels and look into new ways of reaching specific target audiences and growing market share. Work closely with our in-house team as well as outsourced service providers and partners. Complete assigned tasks within the required deadlines Alternate between three shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Late Night Follow strict processes and procedures at all times
