Junior Software Engineer (Java)

Overview

EPAM Systems Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are seeking motivated junior IT professionals with 1–4 years of experience in software engineering to join our Hire to Train (H2T) Program in Malaysia. This structured 6-month program is designed to develop Full-Stack Engineers (FSE) through a blend of mentor-led learning, self-study, and real-world project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month training and mentoring program, including self-study and guided coursework
• Develop applications using Java/Spring
• Engage in real-world project assignments and deliver a final capstone project
• Collaborate with mentors and peers to set expectations, track progress, and review performance
