Job Summary

As part of the customer account team, a Junior Solution Architect at RedHat is a technical person who collaborates with customers and helps them to be successful by using RedHat products and services.

The role is part of the FASTER Program, a comprehensive 12‑month program that begins on 1September2026, designed to provide deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights.

What you will do

• Learn all about RedHat and how we support our customers to address technical and strategic business challenges with our portfolio and services.
