Job Description
- Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the pre-sales team's systems and procedures;
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer business needs, analyze core customer demands, identify industry trends, continuously improve the competitiveness of solutions, and maintain industry leadership;
- Promote solution development and implementation, possess solution design and innovation capabilities, formulate targeted strategies and solutions, including but not limited to solution presentations, technical Q&A, identifying and guiding customer needs, facilitating order signing, and technical exchanges;
- Participate in and review the feasibility and deliverability of project technical delivery solutions, and be responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up resolution of key technical issues;
