They now seek a dedicated, passionate Junior Sous Chef to assist in ensuring the smooth operation of this very busy kitchen and the delivery of a top-class food offering.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Junior Sous/ Chef de Partie in quality restaurants with high volume business featuring innovative, global menus. Will have strong HACCP and food hygiene knowledge in addition to excellent culinary skills and a genuine passion for good food. Must be a dedicated team player with positive attitude and commitment to learn and develop themselves further.
