PRS is excited to partner with a high-end, rapidly expanding restaurant group to recruit a Junior Sous Chef for their highly anticipated new concept in central London. This is a unique opportunity to join an energetic and vibrant team as the brand launches its first flagship site in the UK.

The restaurant, inspired by Northern Thai cuisine and named after its signature dish, brings a fresh, contemporary dining experience to the city. With an expected 50–70 covers per service and 300–400 guests daily, this is an exciting chance to contribute to the growth of a brand that has already made waves across Asia.
