Carnivals cruise ships are floating hotels and guest like to enjoy all the delicious food prepared by the Culinary Arts Team. In the job role as Sous Chef for Carnival, you are responsible for supporting the Executive Chef to oversee the entire Culinary Arts operation on board.
As Sous Chef - Pastry you will be a highly visible team member, and interact with guests and help them with questions. You will be a part of a large team, enjoy engaging with all team members, have an eye for details, and enjoy mentoring and coaching a team.
