Job Description

The Pastry Junior Sous Chef supports the Pastry Chef in delivering PAUL’s signature French pastries with consistency, quality, and excellence. This role plays a key leadership function in daily pastry operations, team supervision, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement—while upholding PAUL’s brand standards and culinary integrity in a high-volume, high-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities

Pastry Production & Quality Control
  • Assist in overseeing daily pastry production, ensuring all items meet PAUL’s recipes, presentation standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and finishing of all pastry and bakery items
  • Monitor stock levels, ingredient usage, and minimize wastage through proper planning and control
Kitchen Operations & Supervision
