Junior Sous Chef

An exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced hotel kitchen. What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for the kitchen on shift, supporting smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage mise en place, service flow and plate presentation to required standards
• Control the pass during service, ensuring accuracy, timing and quality
• Guide, train and support junior chefs and kitchen assistants during prep and service
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation
• Complete hygiene checks and ensure correct use of cleaning chemicals
