Junior Sous Chef

A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a four star town house hotel which is a busy dining venue serving seasonally changing fresh, modern British dishes and grill specialities in the restaurant . The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and afternoon teas. As a result this Junior Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Senior Chefs with the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the team of 8 chefs in the kitchen. Requirements:
