This is a high-quality operation offering modern dining alongside a busy bar, conference and events business, including private dining, weddings, and corporate functions. The kitchen focuses on seasonal, locally sourced produce and delivers food to an exceptional standard.

The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will support service at all levels, contribute creative ideas, assist with menu development, and help mentor and train junior members of the brigade. This is a hands-on role requiring calm leadership during busy services and a passion for high-quality food.
