About the Department
Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Invest India works closely with central ministries, state governments, industry bodies, and private sector stakeholders to promote, facilitate, and accelerate investments across priority sectors of the Indian economy.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be part of a Sector Team responsible for executing investment promotion, facilitation, and policy advocacy strategies for assigned sectors. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, central ministries, state governments, regulators, industry associations, and private sector stakeholders to enable investments and improve ease of doing business outcomes
