Junior Sportsbook Operations Administrator

Role Overview:

The Junior Sportsbook Operations Administrator is responsible for performing operational tasks, which include, but are not limited to event creation and resulting, review and resolution of internal and external product related requests, as well as overall monitoring and improvement of the automated operational setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Betting Event Management:

2. Set up manual events and create mappings for automated event creation.

3. Monitor and update event start times to ensure accurate offerings.
4. Result events and monitor automated resulting.
5. Clone and replicate events for offering additional markets on events.

6. Monitor internal requests for additional markets resulting or market creation.

7. Operational Support:

8. Support customer support team on requests regarding market results, market availability, and general sportsbook questions.
