Role Description
The Junior Store Manager is responsible for daily operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes managing staff, supervising inventory, assisting with retail loss prevention, and maintaining store standards. The Junior Store Manager will also actively engage in building customer relationships and resolving customer inquiries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rustenburg.
