The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a compact portfolio, supported by a specialist team. Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of approximately 45 properties

Handling all day-to-day strata matters

Attending General Meetings (all meetings conducted via Zoom)

Liaising with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders

Providing leave cover for other managers (excluding meet...
