Responsibilities

Act as an Operator/Team Lead Operator performing the following:

• Operate machine/equipment
• Lead the operators to meet the targets by taking part in the machine operations.
• Ensure workflow in the operation is according to the production processes.
• Assist in checking job performance of the operators.

Act as a Supervisor Production/Preparation Supervisor in his absence:

• Maintain smooth workflow in the operation by overseeing the production/preparation processes.
• Supervise manpower by delegating tasks and monitoring the schedule to fulfill customer requirements and meet the targets.
• Facilitate corrective measures to all malfunction machineries and equipment and collaborates the issues with concerned department.
