Junior Support Engineer

Job Scope:-

• Assist sales team in providing solution and system design according to customer's requirement
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned project.
• Provide equipment, design and schematic drawing
• Key personnel at project site and attend site meetings
• Provide basic troubleshooting and post-sales support
• Focus on broadcast, sound reinforcement, audio and visual systems

Requirements:-

• Good knowledge of AV systems
• Knowledge in AutoCAD will be added advantage
• Diploma or higher qualification in related field or disciplines.
• Candidate with videography background will be an added advantage.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to maintain relationships, internally and externally
• Candidate must possess own transport
