Position Title: Junior Support Officer
To provide basic technical and operational support for IT systems, software, and hardware. The role focuses on troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and assisting users with day-to-day technical issues.
Key Responsibilites
· Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and basic IT equipment.
· Assist users with system access, software usage, and basic troubleshooting.
· Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined timelines.
· Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior support staff.
· Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups as instructed.
· Maintain basic documentation of systems, issues, and resolutions.
· Support IT team during system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance activities.
