Junior System Administrator

Position Summary

The Junior System Administrator is central to keeping our teams connected, productive, and set up for success by delivering reliable, high‑performing technology across the business. Supporting everything from troubleshooting and system optimization to onsite setups and new hire onboarding, this role partners closely with Pre‑Construction, Project Management, Marketing, Accounting, and field teams. It is a hands‑on, solutions‑driven position focused on making technology work seamlessly for Ventana’s people and projects.

Key Accountability

• Setting up and maintaining basic computer, network, and software systems (on‑site or remote).
• Troubleshooting and resolving common hardware and software issues.
• Replacing or updating equipment and software as needed.
