You are an early-career IT or systems professional who wants hands-on exposure to real systems, user support, documentation, and testing. You are organized, patient, and comfortable assisting users and working with structured guidance.

This role is suitable for someone at the junior level who is looking to learn and grow in systems support and implementation, not someone expected to independently own projects or manage developers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Level 1 system and application support to users via email or phone
• Assist in documenting system requirements, processes, and user manuals
• Perform manual QA testing and help document test results
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather user feedback
• Participate in meetings and record minutes, action items, and follow-ups
