We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about people. This role offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, HR administration, and regional talent projects within a structured and professional HR function.

Responsibilities:

• Support the full recruitment process, including screening, interview coordination, reference checks and offer administration.
• Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing communication with recruitment agencies.
• Maintain and update recruitment systems, vacancy schedules and staff file documentation.
• Draft and circulate internal vacancy advertisement.
• Manage onboarding processes, contracts, documentation and first-day readiness.
• Assist with induction sessions and performance appraisal tracking.
