Job Opportunity - Junior Sales Team Manager Required in Umhlanga office.

An opportunity exists in a vibrant sales environment for a passionate and driven individual.

This individual will be responsible for the effective management of a Sales team,

• Create Targets and Goals for your Campaign(driving sales to achieve the target)
• Recruitment planning and interviews
• Dialer time management
• Train and Manage call center staff
• Administration
• Handle customer inquiries and correspondence
• Complete a range of Administrative and Management tasks
• Adhoc duties

Requirements:

• Matric (NQF Level 4)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• 1-2 years experience in a sales environment including administrative duties
• Traceable References
• Own Reliable transport

Working Hours : 08h:00-17h:00 Monday to Friday.
