About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, quick-learning Technical Support Agent to help with daily support calls, many of which are Microsoft 365 related. We can teach skills; we cannot teach integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and handle incoming support calls professionally and calmly
  • Log, update, and resolve tickets with clear notes and follow-through
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, MFA, passwords, permissions)
  • Basic Windows/workstation troubleshooting, printers, connectivity
  • Remote support and occasional onsite support at client premises
  • Escalate complex issues with good diagnostic info and steps tried

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Valid driver's license (own vehicle not required)
  • Lives close to Durbanville / Northern Suburbs OR has reliable transport (punctuality is critical)
