Role Purpose
We are looking for a junior, entry-level technical support assistant to help the existing technical team manage everyday system queries from branches and consultants using the Sizo Portal and Sizo Mobile App.
This role is focused on first-line support — resolving common usage issues, identifying user errors, and guiding consultants step-by-step before escalating to senior technical staff.
Typical issues include incorrect portal access, login problems, OTP verification failures, inactive or mismatched payment terminals, and general app usage confusion .
Key Responsibilities
1. First-Line Technical Support
- Assist consultants who are:
- Using the incorrect URL or portal link
- Struggling to log in or verify OTPs
- Unable to complete registrations on the app
- Provide clear, simple guidance over phone, WhatsApp, or support channels
