Job Description
Assist the Trade Document Compliance Team with data management and documentation for international clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Collect, review, and accurately input relevant information into company systems;
Support in the creation of Trade Documents, including but not limited to:Commercial Documentation,Certificates of Origin,EUR 1/EURMED,Veterinary Documentation,Health Certificates,A.TR Documents,CITES Permits
Engage with customers on requests to ensure an accurate and timely delivery;
Maintain recordkeeping for functional areas of responsibility;
Escalate issues and support to resolve complex problems;
Collaboration and solid communication with internal and external parties;
Meet company standard of 52 hours of training per year;
Be dedicated to the success of Tradewin using ethical business practices at all times;
