Junior Trainer & Operations Executive

2100 Performance is a longevity and cognitive performance company delivering doctor‑led, AI‑personalised training protocols at premium private members clubs. We are hiring an Operations Executive to be the on‑the‑ground face of our venue — keeping things running without friction, ensuring every member interaction reflects our standard, and owning the administrative systems that keep the business accurate and accountable. This is a high‑ownership role. You will manage the room, the systems, and the members — often simultaneously. We need someone who takes initiative, communicates proactively, and stays composed when things do not go to plan.

Location: Private members club, central Singapore (on‑site, not remote)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Contract: Full‑time
