Junior Training Content Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will support the design and development of engaging training materials that help contact center baes build the knowledge and skills required to deliver excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning design, content creation, and improving learner engagement.
