Junior transaction officer

Our Transactions team is looking for a new dedicated colleague in the function of a Junior Transaction Officer.

Responsibilities Draft contractual documents (promissory notes, loan agreements, waivers) with assistance of senior and Legal Counsel. Support with continuous investment administration (cash flow statements and tracking, legal documents tracking, deal restructuring). Liaise with Custody Bank for execution of disbursements. Execute FX trades in deliverable and non-deliverable currencies. Co‑ordination with Investment Officers, Transaction Officers and Investees for obtaining and tracking various Constitutional, Legal, Financial & Regulatory documents. Qualifications Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments. Degree in Finance/Law, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field from a recognized and reputable institution. 3 to 5 years of work experience in Back or Middle Office or in a Finance environment.
