Do you love organisation, attention to detail, and being the engine behind luxury travel experiences?

We are hiring a Junior Travel Admin Assistant to support our growing luxury and group travel business. This is a non-client-facing role working closely with our lead Travel Coordinator. You'll handle supplier follow-ups, manage travel spreadsheets, build beautiful client itineraries in Travefy, and ensure our backend systems are running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Reconfirm hotel & supplier bookings via email
• Build & update client itineraries using Travefy
• Maintain spreadsheets for group travel (rooming, flights, balances)
• Upload confirmations and documentation to Google Drive
• Update project tasks and client tracking tools
• Send templated emails (e.g. welcome home, thank you)
