The Junior Vendor Management Associate supports the Technology

organization in all vendor-related operational tasks primarily

onboarding, offboarding, contract administration support, and

Documentation strictly following the globally defined Service Provider

Management (SPM) processes.

Vendor Lifecycle (Onboarding & Offboarding)

• Execute onboarding and offboarding steps according to the global SPM process
• Coordinate required artifacts: SOWs/MSAs/POs, NDAs, DDQs (if applicable)
• Ensure vendor records are complete and current in the designated systems of record (e.g., ServiceNow vendor item, CMDB/CI, contract repository).

Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Support

• Execute third‑party risk management tasks in alignment with the organization's DORA-compliant procedures, ensuring that all critical and non-critical ICT vendors follow the required assessment an...
